现在进行时
一：表示现在正在进行的动作。
构成：主语＋be动词＋动词的现在分词＋其它成分
标志：now just still look listen at this moment等 We are having lunch. He is reading a book.
The dog is running after a cat.
The boys are swimming across the river. ★变疑问句将be动词移到句首 Are we having lunch? Is he reading a book?
Is the dog running after a cat?
Are the boys swimming across the river? ★变否定句在be动词后面加 not We are not having lunch. He is not reading a book.
The dog is not running after a cat.
The boys are swimming across the river.
★特殊疑问句：what, which, how, where, who, etc. 疑问词＋动词＋主语＋现在分词 What are you doing? What is she doing? What is the dog doing?
2. have, has当”拥有”讲时没有进行时
二：表示现阶段正在发生的事情，说话时不一定发生
I’m reading gone with wind these days. 我这些天正在读《飘》。
三.已经确定或安排好的将来活动（现在进行时表将来，表示意图 安排或打算，与表将来的时间状语连用）
I'm leaving for a trek in Nepal next week.（已经安排了） we're flying to Paris tomorrow.(票已经拿到了）
四．有些动词（状态动词不用于进行时态）表示状态，思想，感情和感觉的动词不能表示正在进行的动作
1.表示知道或了解的动词:believe,doubt,forget,imagine,know, remember,realise,suppose,understand
2.表示“看起来”“看上去\"appear,resemble,seem 3表示喜爱或不喜爱hate,like.lover.prefer
4表示构成或来源的动词 be come from.contain,include
5表示感觉感官的动词 hear see smell sound taste like, love, want
6表示拥有的动词belong to.need.own .possess.want wish没有进行时的动词 五．动词现在分词的变化规则
1 一般情况下，直接在动词后加－ing work ---- working sleep ----- sleeping study ----- studying
2 动词以不发音的－e结尾，要去－e加－ing take ----- taking make ----- making dance ----- dancing
3 重读闭音节的动词，要双写词尾字母，再加－ing cut ----- cutting put ----- putting
begin ------ beginning
4 以－ie结尾的动词，把变成y再加－ing lie ----- lying tie ----- tying die ----- dying
什么是闭音节，什么是重读闭音节？
开音节：1.以发声的元音字母结尾的音节;如:we/wi:/ bee/bi:/ 辅音+元音
2.以辅音字母(r除外)加不发声的e结尾的音节. 如:cake/keik/ bite/bait/ mute/mju:t/ 元音+辅音+不发音字母e
闭音节:1.以一个或几个辅音字母结尾(r除外),而中间只有一个元音字母的音节;如:sit/sit/ film/film/ pen/pen/ 一个元音+辅音
重读音节:除了单音节词外,在双音节和多音节词中,如果某个音节符合以上规则且重读则为重读开音节或重读闭音节.
如:begin(gin为重读闭音节) /bi'gin/ mistake(take为重读开音节) /mis'teik/
