一．Teaching Analysis
本节课教学内容为PEP小学英语四年级下册 Unit 3 Weather part A Let’s learn and Let’s chant. 这一单元的主要教学内容是学习形容天气的英语表达, 本课时通过天气预报员预报中国几大城市的气温和天气状况，学习运用warm\\ cold\\cool\\hot这些形容词来表达天气情况。本课时的单词对多数学生来说并不难，个别同学通过自学就已经掌握了一些重点单词，就是weather report对他们来说有些难度，而且运用方面还不够熟练。
二．Teaching Aims
a. 能够听、说、认读单词hot, cold, warm, cool, weather。
b. 能够熟练运用句型It’s warm/cool/hot/cold in Beijing/…来介绍不同地方的天气特征。 c. 培养学生自主学习的能力和合作精神。
