Some of my favorite dim sum dishes include har gow (shrimp dumplings), siu mai (pork dumplings), and char siu bao (barbecue pork buns). These dishes are not only delicious, but also very affordable, making them a popular choice for locals and tourists alike.

Another popular Guangzhou dish is roast goose, which is a must-try for anyone visiting the city. The meat is tender and juicy, with a crispy skin that is seasoned to

perfection. It's usually served with a side of rice or noodles, and is a great option for a hearty meal.

Of course, no visit to Guangzhou would be complete without trying the city's famous Cantonese-style seafood. From steamed fish to stir-fried clams, the seafood in Guangzhou is fresh and flavorful. One of my personal favorites is the salt and pepper shrimp, which is a crispy and spicy dish that pairs perfectly with a cold beer.
