DESCRIPTION

This center tap Schottky rectifier series has been optimizedfor very low reverse leakage at high temperature. Theproprietary barrier technology allows for reliable operation upto 175 °C junction temperature. Typical applications are inswitching power supplies, converters, freewheeling diodes,and reverse battery protection.
