摘要：The present invention relates to compounds useful as inhibitors of ATR proteinkinase for use in the treatment of a cancer having a defect in the ATM signaling pathway.The disclosure also relates to pharmaceutically acceptable compositions comprising thecompounds of this invention and combination therapies thereof; use of said compoundsin the treatment of various diseases, disorders, and conditions; processes for preparingthe compounds of this invention; intermediates for the preparation of the compounds ofthis invention; and methods of using the compounds in in vitro applications, such as thestudy of kinases in biological and pathological phenomena; the study of intracellularsignal transduction pathways mediated by such kinases; and the comparative evaluationof new kinase inhibitors. The compounds of this invention have formula I: wherein thevariables are as defined herein. Preferably, the compound is VE-822.
