Teaching Aims: a) To arouse students’ interests and motivation of this topic. b) To lead them to realize “the importance of the protection of wildlife”. c) To develop students’ reading and speaking abilities. d) To make them ready for the new lesson. Learning Task: a) through learning, students can know some endangered animals, so that they are able to realize the importance of animals protection. b) They are able to learn some new words and expressions. c) They are ready for the main part of the lesson. Teaching Strategy: lead the students into the study of the new lesson “Wildlife Protection”.
Teaching media : Blackboard and PPT. Teaching procedure: 1、by raising some questions about the wildlife protection to lead the topic in. 2、Showing some pictures of endangered animals and asking students to recognize. 3、After pictures display, ask some students to answer the foregoing questions. 4、some knowledge about WWF, WCS, IFAW.
