According to the degree of :fermentation ,rolling, baking and tea leaf maturity :根据制造时发酵,揉捻焙火与采摘时原料成熟度来分类
Non-fermented  :不发酵茶,即绿茶 Post –fermented  :后发酵茶 即普洱茶
Partially fermented 部分发酵茶,半发酵茶,即乌龙茶 Complete fermentation:全发酵茶,即红茶
