摘要：The method involves transmitting a level-2 message by a controller (113a) to a
gateway (141) when a mobile terminal (151) connects to a base station (111a) affiliated tothe controller. An Internet protocol (IP) message having an IP address of the mobileterminal and an IP address of the gateway in an interconnection network (120) is created,and the IP message is broadcast by to destination gateways, where each destinationgateway stores a correspondence between the IP addresses of the terminal and thesending gateway associated with the controller to which the terminal is affiliated. Anindependent claim is also included for a system for guaranteeing the continuity of thecommunications operated from a fourth-generationmobile terminal connected to a radionetwork.
