首先,集体备课可以节省教师大量的备课时间,减轻了劳动强度。如果是单独备课,教师得花很多时间去查阅相关资料,备整册教学内容。但是集体备课是很多教师一起来完成的,多人合作能提高办事效率,这样一来教师就有更多的时间去钻研教材,设计教法。

其次,集体备课可以让教师资源共享,提高教学效率。为了适应新课标的新颖性和选择性的需要,仅靠一本教材和教参已经满足不了现在课堂教学的需要了。教师除了利用自有的资料外,还可以利用互联网收集丰富多彩的教学信息。一个教学小组的老师可以将各自收集的资料进行整合,然后给大家共享,这样既弥补了书本教材的不足,又丰富了教学内容,提高了教学效率。

In teaching processes, the advantages of the collective lesson preparation are obvious. After all, the thinking of one person can not as well as so many person’s. There is a saying for teacher “If you want to give the students a cup of water, you must have a bucket of water”. By collective lesson preparation, teacher have more chances to communicate and cooperate with each other in order to make one’s own wisdom to be used by the public. For improving the teaching quality, it’s vital to organize the collective lesson preparation.

First of all, this method can save so much teacher’s preparation time, so teacher can have much time to dig into the teaching material and design the teaching method. Without the power of the team, a teacher must look up a lot of books to prepare one lesson. At the same time, he must prepare the whole teaching material. There is no doubt that teacher will feel exhausted. Collective lesson preparation is completed by several teachers, which can increase the working efficiency.

Second, teacher can share the teaching resource which can rich the teaching method and teaching content. Just relying on a single teaching material can not meet the requirements of the new curriculum standard. Now teacher can not only use their own material but also search other information on the internet to make the teaching content colorful. The headman of the teaching group can assign the task first, then every teacher presents their results, by analyzing and summing up, the excellent resource is preserved. In the end, teacher can share these resource, discuss how to use them correctly. In this way, the shortage of the teaching material has been decreased, and the teaching efficiency has been increased.

Third, teacher can benefit from the collective lesson preparation, because they could avoid their shortcomings and develop their good qualities. If a teacher can do this, he will have a higher teaching level. If a teacher’s teaching level become higher, the quality of the school teaching will be improved at the same time. Every discussion of the preparation will increase the teacher’s thinking, each thinking of the teacher is a self-improvement process. Besides, teacher can strengthen the awareness of cooperation and change the previous lesson preparation model which is belongs to one person’s performance into pooling the wisdom and efforts of everyone. Each teacher can show his or her wisdom and ability, they can learn the strengths of others to make themselves perfect. The member of the teaching group can communicate the teaching experience and make a more appropriate teaching plan. According to the exchange of teaching experience, teacher can deal with the teaching problems as soon as possible. It’s another way to increase the teaching efficiency.

The teacher must realize the advantage of the collective lesson preparation for creating a more attractive classroom teaching. Teacher could exchange their feelings and experience from this teaching activities, which is good for their professional knowledge and teaching ability improvement.
