中日文化的跨文化比较与研究--基于霍夫斯泰德的文化维度理

【摘 要】中日两国是一衣带水的邻邦，在古代、近代都有着十分友好的交往，虽然二战期间发生过惨痛的战争，但是改革开放以来经济贸易往来仍十分密切。追溯中日文化交流的历史，对中日文化异同进行比较，可以发现它们之间既有联系，又有着不同的历史与文化背景。在研究日本文化时既要注意两者间的相似之处，更不能忽视两者之间的差异。纵观欧美文化研究的历史，我们可以发现霍夫斯泰德文化维度理论有其特殊的历史地位和现实意义，尤其是霍氏理论在学术研究和跨文化企业实践中有着广泛的应用。本研究基于成熟的霍夫斯泰德理论模型，研究得到的结果将会更加可靠，也更加深刻，使中日文化比较研究更符合国际学术界的规范。%China and Japan are close neighbors separated by only a narrow strip of water .They have very friendly exchanges in both ancient and modern times .Although during World War II ,China and Japan had a bitter war ,their economic and trade exchanges are still very close since the reform and open-ing up .T racing the history of Sino -Japanese cultural exchanges and comparing the differences of Sino-Japanese culture ,we can find the connection between them ,and meanwhile their different historical and cultural backgrounds .In the studying of Japanese culture ,notice should be paid to the similarities between the two as well as their
differences .Through a general survey of European culture researching history ,we can find its special historical status and realistic significance of Hofstede's value dimensions theory ,especially the widely usage of it in cross -cultural research and enterprise practice .As this re-search is based on the mature Hofstede (Hofstede ,1980) model ,its results will be more reliable and profound ,so as to make the Sino -Japanese cultural comparative study closer to the international aca-demic norms . 【总页数】3页(P25-27) 【作 者】李燕
