摘要：A method for rendering one or more user interface elements on a displayscreen of a device is disclosed. The method includes receiving a request for rendering afirst user interface element without an orientation preference, and identifying a type ofthe device. The method also includes, in accordance with a determination that the type ofthe device is a first device type corresponding to television devices and the first userinterface element corresponds to a first user interface element type, rendering the firstuser interface element as a vertical user interface element in a first display region of thedisplay screen.
