摘要：Compounds are described of the formula wherein R₁ is a nitro or

trifluoromethyl group; R₂ is a C₁-C₆ alkyl group; R₃ is a pyridyl or pyridyl N-oxide groupwhich may be substituted with halogen, hydroxyl, haloalkyl, C₁-C₆ alkoxy or C₁-C₆ alkyland further may be fused with a benzene or naphthalene ring, said ring being optionallysubstituted with C₁-C₆ alkyl, C₁-C₆ alkoxy, halogen or haloalkyl, and a pharmaceuticallyacceptable acid addition salt thereof. The compounds of the formula (I) are ofvasodilating and blood pressure lowering activities and thus may be useful for thetreatment of cardiac diseases, cerebrovascular diseases and hypertension.
