All of you know that Chengdu has a lot of delicious food, but few people know in the remote south corner of Sichuan province─ Fushun, an older and simper food resists.

Tofu, which can date back to Han Dynasty, is invented to solve the problem of feeding a large number of population, and sure, it worked.

After that, it’s time to particle, then, pour the soya-bean milk into the pot, drip in little bittern. The Tofu production is completed.

In this food, Tofu pudding with water plays an irreplaceable role: firstly, you should put some soybean-oil and all kinds of spices into a pan, boiling it, scoop into the MSG, pepper, and hot oil.
