摘要：The present invention provides an amino acid-containing composition forpreventing or remedying a decrease in skeletal muscle mass of aged people, comprisingL-leucine at a molar composition ratio of 35% or more with respect to total of essentialamino acids. According to the invention, the protein anabolism of skeletal muscle can bepromoted to prevent or remedy a decrease of the skeletal muscle mass of aged people.
