摘要： A coating system may be applied with a spatula, based on the use of a liquidepoxy resin and a polyamine hardener which reacts with the epoxy resin at roomtemperature and is stored separately until the time of its preparation. The epoxy resinand the polyamine are emulsified to make a paste, in an aqueous medium, with the use,where appropriate, an emulsifier. At least one of the emulsions contains a filler materialenabling the transport of liquids and having holes; the volumetric ratio of binder
emulsified filling material ranges from 1: 3 to 1: 5. The invention also relates to a methodfor the production of this coating system with a spatula, its use commme layer formineral substrates and a method of drainage surfaces based on the coating system.
