摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent damage from being caused by the rise in internal pressuredue to water freezing in a flow meter or the like, by fitting an elastic member in the flowmeter. CONSTITUTION:Elastic members 11, 12 or 13 are fitted in a flow meter to absorbthe rise in the internal pressure due to water freezing in the flow meter to protect itfrom damage. The elastic members may be those containing compressed air inside orthose having no hollow parts. The flow meter is thus prevented from being damagedeven if water in the flow meter is forzen and the pressure therein rises.
