摘要: Novel process for producing polymer particles having magnetic susceptibilityhomogeneously central polymeric particles coated with a polymer layer containing ametal oxide magnetic sensitivity. Can be used as core particles a wide variety of polymericparticles having sizes from 1 to 100 microns, and can be transformed into polymerparticles to magnetic sensitivity. In addition, it can coat the surface thereof an additionallayer of functionalized polymer. Said magnetically responsive polymer particles can beused for passive or covalent coupling of biological material such as antigens, antibodies,and enzymes, or hybridizing DNA / RNA, and can be used as solid phase for various typesof immunoassays, assays of DNA / RNA hybridization probes, affinity purification, cellseparation and as well as other medical, diagnostic and industrial applications.
