Also ,Test method B is not considered suitable for films thicker than 125um. 2.2此方法用于确定膜层与底材的结合力是否在通用的合适的范围内。 These test methods are used to establish whether the adhesion of a coating to a substrate is at a generally adequate level. 2.3在多镀层系统中会常发现结合力失效的现象,因此不能测定膜层与基材的附着力。 In multicoat systems adhesion failure may occur between coats so that the adhesion of the coating system to the substrate is not determined. 3. 定义Definition: (无)N/A 4. 职责Responsibility: 操作者须按此文件内容进行操作。 The operator should be perform according to the document. 5. 内容Content: 5.1实验依据:ASTM D3359 The test according as: ASTM D3359 5.2测试方法概述: Summary of Test method: 本试验包括测试方法A—X形胶带测试、测试方法B—十字网格形胶带测试。 This test include Test method A—X –cut tape test and Test method B— Cross-cut tape test 5.2.1测试方法A—在涂层表面划一X形,并切割至底层,将压敏胶带覆盖于切痕上,然后拉起,在品质上以0-5个级别进行评估结合力。 Test method A—An X-cut is made through the film to the substrate , pressure –sensitive tape is applied 文件名称:胶带附着力测试作业指导书 Document Name: Standard Operation Procedure For measuring Adhesion by Tape Test 受 文件编号:CRN-C-Q-067 Document No.:CRN-C-Q-067 控 制定日期:2005-09-01 Controlled Established Date:2005-09-01 修订日期:2006-12-27 页码: 2 Revised Date: 2006-12-27 Page: 2 over the cut and then removed ,and adhesion is assessed qualitatively on the 0 to 5 scale. 5.2.2测试方法B—在膜的各方向上用7齿或11齿的刀划网格至底层,将压敏胶带覆盖在网格上,然后拉起, 以0-5个级别评估结合力。 Test method B—A lattice pattern with either six or eleven cuts in each direction is made in the film to the substrate, pressure-sensitive tape is applied over the lattice and then removed , and adhesion is evaluated on the 0 to 5 scale. 5.3 方法A—X形切割胶带测试过程: Procedure of Test method A—X –cut tape test 5.3.1实验设备及材料Test apparatus and materials: a.切割工具---锋利的刀具 Cutting Tool---Sharp knife; b.金属直尺—用以保证直的切线 Metal straightedge — ensure straight cuts. c.宽度为25mm的3M NO.610/ NO.670/ NO.710/ NO.8胶带均可; 25mm wide 3M NO.610/NO .670/NO.710/NO.8 adhesive tape are ok. d.橡皮擦 Rubber Eraser 5.3.2操作方法: Operation method a. 选择一个无瑕疵及并不十分完美的次要表面,为利于测试,表面必须清洁和干燥。高温高湿会对胶带或镀层的附着力产生影响。 Select an area free of blemishes and minor surface imperfections. For tests in the field , ensure that the surface is clean and dry . Extremes in temperature or relative humidity may affect the adhesion of the tape or the coating. b.在涂层上划两条长约40mm的割痕,两条割痕在其中部相交,相交所形成的最小角为30-45°。在划切口时, 使用直尺辅助并以一种稳定的状态切割膜层至基材。 Make two cuts in the film each about 40mm long that intersect near their middle with a smaller angle of between 30 and 45°. If the substrate has not been reached make another X in a different location, Don’t attempt to deepen a previous cut as this may affect adhesion along the incision. Use softer brush to brush away the slice and ferret which peeled from the surface. d.以一种稳定的速率截取75mm长的3M胶带条,在试验应用前小心地使粘性面不与任何物体相接触。 Remove the 3M adhesive an additional length at a steady rate and cut a piece about 75mm long , make sure the stickiness surface touched nothing. e.在胶带的覆盖方向与相交的最小角度同向的条件下,将胶带的中心放置在切口的交叉点。用手指使胶带平整地粘附在切口上,然后用橡皮擦稳固地摩擦,胶带的顔色变化有助于分辨是否有良好的接触。 Place the center of the tape at the intersection of the cuts with the tape running in the same direction as the smaller angles. For large structures make sufficient tests to ensure that the adhesion evaluation is representative of the whole surface. i. 经过几次切割后,检查切刀刃,如果有必要,更换掉钝的刀刃,或在再次使用前用细油石轻轻地打磨使其锋利。废弃的切削工具会产生刻痕,其它缺陷会戳破膜层。 After making several cuts examine the cutting edge and , if necessary , remove any flat spots or wire-edge by abrading lightly on a fine oil stone before using again. Discard cutting tools that develop nicks or other defects that tear the film. 5.4 方法B—十字网格胶带测试 Test Method B – Cross –cut tape test 5.4.1实验设备及材料Test apparatus and materials: a.切割工具---刀刃为15-30°的锋利的刀具,良好的切刃是非常重要的。 Cutting Tool---Sharp knife that having a cutting edge angle between 15 and 30°.It is of particular importance that the cutting edge or edges be in good condition. b.切线指导—金属钢尺,用以保证直的切线 Cutting Guide— Metal straightedge ,ensure straight cuts. c.尺—刻度为0.5mm的柔软的钢尺,用以测量单一的切线 Rule—Tempered steel rule graduated in 0.5mm for measuring individual cuts. d.宽度为25mm的3M NO.610/ NO.670/ NO.710/ NO.8胶带均可; 25mm wide 3M NO.610/NO .670/NO.710/NO.8 adhesive tape are ok. e.橡皮擦 Rubber Eraser 5.4.2操作方法: Operation method: 文件名称:胶带附着力测试作业指导书 Document Name: Standard Operation Procedure For measuring Adhesion by Tape Test 受 文件编号:CRN-C-Q-067 Document No.:CRN-C-Q-067 控 制定日期:2005-09-01 Controlled Established Date:2005-09-01 修订日期:2006-12-27 页码: 5 Revised Date: 2006-12-27 Page: 5 a.选择一个无瑕疵及并不十分完美的次要表面,放置在一个稳固的地方,按如下要求划平行切线: Select an area free of blemishes and minor surface imperfections, place on a firm base, make parallel cuts as follows: ⅰ.在客户同意条件下,对于干膜厚度不超过50um的膜层,以间隔为1mm划11条切痕, For coatings having a dry film thickness up to and including 50um space the cuts 1mm apart and make eleven cuts unless otherwise agreed upon. ⅱ.对于干膜厚度在50-125um 的膜层,以间隔为2mm 划6条切痕。如果膜层超过125um则使用A方法。 For coatings having a dry film thickness between 50um and 125um , space the cuts 2mm apart and make six cuts .For films thicker than 125um use Test method A. ⅲ.确保所有的切线长为20mm,切刀以一种稳定的状态穿过膜层至底层,在切刀上使用正好合适的压力使刀刃到达底层。当使用单刀刃连续切线时,借助钢尺指导,在未切线的区域放置钢尺 Make all cuts about 20mm long. Cut through the film to the substrate in one steady motion using just sufficient pressure on the cutting tool to have the cutting edge reach the substrate . When making successive single cuts with the aid of a guide , place the guide on the uncut area. b.在切线数量达到要求后,用软刷或纱布轻轻地去除膜层上被分离的碎屑或条状物。 After making the required cuts brush the film lightly with a soft brush or tissue to remove any detached flakes or ribbons of coatings. c. 检查切刀刃,如果有必要,更检查切刀刃,如果有必要用细油石轻轻地打磨掉钝的或刀刃毛刺.然后以最初的切线为中心,在垂直的方向划相同的切线与其相交。 Examine the cutting edge and, if necessary , remove any flat spots or wire-edge by abrading lightly on a fine oil stone . Make the additional number of cuts at 90°to and centered on the original cuts. d. 以前面的方式刷表面,检查切口处基底的反射光。如果没有穿透至金属,在其它区域划网格。 Brush the area as before and inspect the incisions for reflection of light from the substrate. To ensure good contact with the film rub the tape firmly with the eraser. The color under the tape is useful indication of when good contact has been made. g. 在90±30秒的时间内,抓住胶带尾端,迅速地以反向180°的角度拉起胶带。 Within 90±30s of application, remove the tape by seizing the free end and rapidly back upon itself at as close to an angle of 180°as possible. h.借助放大镜检查网格区域从底材上剥落的表面,依据如下内容评估附着力等级: Inspect the grid area for removal of coating from the substrate or from a previous coating using the illuminated magnifier. Rate the adhesion in accordance with the following scale: 5B 切线完整平滑,无方形格子剥落 The edges of the cuts are completely smooth; none of the squares of the lattice is detached 4B 切线相交处膜层轻微剥落,受影响的面积小于5%. Small flakes of the coating are detached at intersections; less than 5%of the area is affected 3B 切线相交处及切线边缘膜层轻微剥落,受影响的面积占网格的5-15% Small flakes of the coating are detached along edges and at intersections of cuts. The area affected is 5 to 15%of the lattice 2B 没切线边缘及小方块局部剥落,受影响的面积占网格的15-35% The coating has flaked along the edges and on parts of the squares .The area affected is 15 to 35%of the lattice. 1B 沿切线边缘呈带状剥落及整个小方块被分离,受影响的面积占网格的35-65% The coating has flaked along the edge of cuts in large ribbons and whole squares have detached. The area affected is 35 to 65% of the lattice . 0B 比级别1更糟的剥落与分离 Flaking and detachment worse than Grade1. i.
