二. 单元教材分析
本单元的主要教学内容是“根据特征认人”,是在第一单元所学句型Who’s that…? He’s/She’s…基础上进行的拓展学习。本单元的教学重点是让学生根据人的外貌特征及穿着打扮来认识人,从而掌握新句型Who’s the…with…?He’s/She’s…, 及相关的家庭成员、身体部位、颜色,服装等类单词。前几册我们已学了部分相关类别的单词,教学时教师可以用以旧带新的方法来教本单元的新单词,还可以结合以前所学的内容,系统整理这些单词。

家庭成员和人体部位的单词,在前均已出现过,学生在听说方面已熟悉,教师重点在读、写方面的指导。教师可利用B部分的家谱图学习家庭成员单词。
These are my eyes. I have two big eyes. 学习人体部位的单词,同时学会如何去描述自己的外貌特征。
Step 4 Ask and answer
1. 先用学生来描述和对话。Who’s the…with…? He’s/She’s…
2. 游戏:教师用英语描述Who’s the…with…?,让学生互相观察,猜出他/她是谁He’s/She’s…
3. 打开书,结合书上图片,教师与一学生做个示范,然后学生间谈论。
