摘要：Provided is a structural body production method that is provided with: aformation step wherein a resin material is impregnated with carbon fibers and a carbonfiber composite material (10) is formed by curing the resin material; a polishing stepwherein a polishing region of the surface of the carbon fiber composite material (10) thatwas formed in the formation step is polished using an abrasive that has a prescribedhardness; and a bonding step wherein one section of the polishing region that waspolished in the polishing step is bonded to another member by means of an adhesive. Inthe formation step, a polishing layer (10y) that has a lower hardness than the prescribedhardness is formed at an outermost surface, and a surface protecting layer (10x), in whichis disposed a protective filler (10e) that has a higher hardness than the prescribedhardness and that protects the carbon fiber composite material (10) from the abrasive, isformed to the inside of the polishing layer (10y).
