1.电光源及灯具的选择

一层商铺选用3×16W的嵌入式栅格荧光灯,室外走廊选用32W的嵌入式直置插拔式节能筒灯;办公室选用3×18W的嵌入式栅格荧光灯;走廊灯分别选用2×32W的嵌入式栅格荧光灯和3×18W的嵌入式栅格荧光灯;电梯前室、楼梯间选用3×16的吸顶灯,卫生间选用28W的防水防尘吸顶灯;地下室水池、走廊选用2×18W的三防荧光灯;阳台灯、三层平台分别选用22W的壁灯和250W的圆形投光灯。

2.确定布置灯具方案和进行照度计算

(1)选择照度。查照明标准值,办公楼办公室Eav300lx,卫生间、楼梯间、电梯前室、走廊Eav150lx,商铺Eav200lx,变配电间、设备间Eav200lx。

(2)计算高度。办公楼层高为3.0m,工作面为0.75m,所以各计算高度为:

办公室、商铺、卫生间、变配电间、设备间 h=3.0-0.75=2.25m

走廊、电梯前室 h=3.0m

(3)面积计算。

3. 确定照明供电方式和照明路线布置方式。

采用380/221V三相四线制供电。电源有地下室2轴线地下电缆穿钢管引至地下室变配电间,再由变配电间引至配电间,再分别穿钢管引至各个楼层配电间的配电箱。供电方式见竖向干线系统图、配电箱系统图,由地下室变配电间的配线柜引出十六条单相支路到各楼层配电箱,再由层配电箱引至各个照明和插座等用电。

4. 计算照明负荷

荧光灯的损耗系数α=0.2;指示灯的损耗系数α=0;需要系数Kd=0.8;按将功率因数提高到cosψ=0.9计算。

地下室照明设备容量

WL1支路:荧光灯8只×(3×16)W。则:

灯具设备容量 Pe1=∑Pa(1+α)=8×(3×16 )×(1+0.2)=460.8 W

计算负荷 P30.1=Kd Pe1=0.8×460.8=368.64 W

5. 选择照明线路的导线和开关

(1)支路导线的选择:采用三根单芯铜线穿桥架和硬塑料管。由于线路不长,故可按允许升温条件选择导线截面,一般也能满足导线机械强度和允许电压损失要求。二层WL7支路I30=26.3 A、WL9支路I30=18.2 A;三层WL7支路I30=22.3 A,所以以最大支路计算电流,即二层WL7支路的I30=26.3 A为依据,查《民用建筑电气设计手册》,选用

三根截面A=10m㎡的BV型聚氯乙烯绝缘电线,在35℃时,IN=46A>26.3 A,满足要求;其余支路以最大的支路计算电流,即I30=10.1 A为依据,选用三根截面A=4m㎡的BV型聚氯乙烯绝缘电线,在35℃时,IN=26 A>10.14 A,满足要求。

(2)各层配电箱电源进线导线的选择:采用BV型聚氯乙烯绝缘铜线穿钢管暗敷。现以最大的支路计算电流,即二层支路进线导线I30=79.8 A,查《民用建筑电气设计手册》,选用VV22型截面为2×50 +1×25m㎡的电缆,在35℃时,IN=129 A>79.8 A,满足要求。

(3)总电源进线导线的选择:电源进线采用380/220 V三相四线制供电,并采用地下电缆穿保护管(钢管或碳素管)进线,据负荷计算结果,计算电流I30=268.1 A,查《民用建筑电气设计手册》,选用YJV22型截面为4×240 m㎡的电缆,在35℃时,IN=393 A>268.1 A,满足要求。

(4)开关的选择:采用塑料外壳式低压断路器(MCCB)作为照明供电的电源开关,它兼有过载低电压和短路保护之功能。查有关设计手册或产品目录,支路可选用CM1-63/IP C50型,IN=50 A,和CM1-63/IP C20型,IN=20 A的自动开关;各层配电箱电源进线可选用CM1-225/3P L125型,IN=125 A的自动开关;总电源进线可选用CM1-630/4P L500型,IN=500 A的自动开关。
