摘要：An air conditioning device (2) comprising at least one cooling element (10) in theform of a casing containing a freezable cooling medium, and air convection means (20) forgenerating an air flow across the at least one cooling element (10), wherein the at leastone cooling element (10) is removable from the device (2) for the purpose of freezing thecooling medium therein by external means. The air conditioning device (2) is used to coolan airspace, by providing the device in the airspace, freezing the cooling mediumcontained in the at least one cooling element (10) by means external to the device (2),installing the at least one frozen cooling element (10) in the device (2), and actuating theair convection means (20) so as to generate an air flow circulating from within the airspaceacross the at least one frozen cooling element (10).
