Joint Design Group Agreement

1本设计联合体声明：自愿参加深圳市坪山新区文化综合体建筑设计国际招标（下称本项目）的投标。现就有关事宜订立协议，协议（包括但不限于）如下内容：

The joint design group hereby declares that: we are to participate the International Schematic Design Tender of the Cultural Complex of Pingshan New District, Shenzhen All members in the group consent to reach an agreement on relevant issues, and the terms and conditions are as follows (including but not limited to):

1.1设计联合体授权设计联合体代表人对设计联合体各成员的资质等级、业务能力、工作业绩等资料进行统一汇总后由设计代表人一并提交给招标人，设计联合体代表人所提交的资质等级、业务能力、工作业绩等资料代表了设计联合体各成员的真实情况。

The joint design group has authorized the joint design group representative to collect relevant information on the qualification level, professional ability, and work performance of each member in the joint design group and submit to the tenderee. The qualification level, professional ability, work performance information submitted by the joint design group representative are authentic and true situations of the members.

1.2 设计联合体中标后，设计联合体成员共同与业主签定合同书，切实执行一切合同文件，签署的合同协议书对设计联合体每一成员均具法律约束力。After the joint design group wins the bidding, the group members sign the contract together with the owner, and abide by the practical implementation of all contract documents. The signed contract agreement shall be legally binding to each member of the joint design group.

2 本协议书自签署之日起生效，本协议书一式 份，送交招标人一份，设计联合体成员各一份。This Agreement shall take effect from the date of signature. This agreement has ____ duplicates, and with one sent to the tenderee and one for each member of the joint design group to keep.
