one piece

My speech

First I will introduce myself， my name is may. And today I will talk something about one piece.

Maybe some of you have heard about it or some one may not.Anyway，i will try to introduce it clearly .

One piece is the most popular comic in Japanese history.you see ，in this picture，the sale volume of one piece is NO.1 and almost twice as much as the second Naruto .And in this picture，one piece has broke the two record.Also，in 2011，the sale volume of one piece has been increasing continuous .There is no doubt that one piece has occupied great position in Japanese comic world.

In English，one piece means dress.the author once said that one piece is a very strange name.but actually it stands for dream and friendship.

Next I will introduce nine characters one by one.the main character is luffy.other eight people are all luffy’s crews.

The first one is Luffy.You can see this straw hat.it is very important for luffy.it is also become a symbol of him.luffy is crazy about food.I think if he can’t eat，he will be sure to die. Once he woke up and saw a lot of food，so this is why this picture came from.but i think it is funny.Every time when i see this picture，i want to laugh.luffy is a rubber boy.very funny ，i think.luffy is a very funny boy.He often says some funny words.just like this.and these two pictures.Maybe because he is a straightforward person.if he wants to say something ，then he will say it out instead of keeping it in mind.however，sometimes you may feel he is just a boy，when meeting sadness，he will also cry.

This is their first boat---meili.one the trip，meili broke down and can’t continue trip on the sea.Luffy had to find a new boat to continue their trip.So he made a decision that he burn meili and say goodbye to meili.Though he is very sad，he still forced himself to do that.Because he knew he is captain，he must take his responsibility.

Next is zoro.His dream is to become the strongest swordsman in the world.Zoro

is a cool man but he is very gentle and kind.He often loses his way.Sometimes he is like a fool and become very funny.

This is nami.nami is sailor in luffy’s ship.she is good at sailing and drawing the map of Ocean.this is nami's mother ---Bellemere.Bellemere is nami's foster mother.She died when nami was at a very young age.She was shoot by a cruel sea poacher（海贼) .she sacrificed her life to save nami and her sister. Bellemere loves nami.She once said that“i can’t say i don’t have family.You are my child even though i will lose my life for it.”

Nami is a easy-going girl and loves laughing，like sun.and she like money very much.this is the time when she saw money or treasure.also nami is very good at stealing.nami also likes orange very much.

Next is usopp.Usopp may be the funniest character in one piece.Look at his long nose.just like pinocchio(匹诺曹).because usopp like lying and saying some unrealistic words.He may not strong as luffy or zoro.but i think he is a real person indeed.Sometimes he seems weak.when facing strong enemy ，the first thing he do is to escape from there.however，when friends need him，he will try to act bravely and face danger and fight against difficulties.

This is meili and usopp.Usopp like meili very much.But this time，he can’t repair it any more.So he feel very sad.

Next is Sanji.Sanji is a excellent cooker.His dream is to find ALL BLUE---a sea area where is called cooker’s heaven.Actually，Sanji is not the appearance that you see.In the fact，Sanji is very funny and love women very much Even the woman is very ugly，he never beats and fights against women.So when sanji met male enemy，it is sure that he will lose and be badly injured.Sanji is also a gentle man. He love momen and respect them.

Next is Chopper.Chopper is the doctor in luffy’s ship.and it is reindeer(驯鹿)，not a leopard cat（狸猫）.chopper is very cute and lovely.chopper likes cotton sugar(棉花糖).and when he lost his way，he will grasp a stick.this chopper and pikaqiu(皮卡丘).They are all very cute.and their voice are the same.

Next is robin.Bobin is a very beautiful woman.Not only her appearance，but also her elegant qualities.At most time ，robin is quiet and smile.Robin is a person who has a strong will.she always wears a smile on her face.But robin also had a sad childhood. She lost her mother and all intimate people and her motherhood destroyed in a big fire.the navy obey the order that they kill all people in robin’s motherhood---aohala(奥哈拉).Bobin escaped from there and was wanted by the navy.Nobody wants her to live in the world.but when she met luffy，luffy told to her:Tell me that you want to live in this world.so robin shout out the sentence and can’t help crying.

Next is franky.Don't be frightened about his appearance

Actually ，franky is a very funny man.And he is also very easy-going.Franky is a robot man.His fuel is coke.coke can give him energy.When lacking coke，his hair will hang down.and the funniest thing is that，if you replace coke into fruit juice，then he will become a farmer.if you replace coke into coffee，then he will become a gentleman.

The last one is brook.Brook is a skeleton.He may seem frightened but he is a gentleman.He likes to make some jokes.such as this.And brook’s laughter is a little special.And in this picture，look at these words，here brook mentioned a promise between labu and he.labu is a whale who was saved by brook and his friends.Brook promised labu that when he finish sailing around the grand line，he would go to meet labu again.Brook made up his mind to keep his promise.even though it has been more than fifty years.

And this picture is when they leave alabastan(阿拉巴斯坦)，this is vivi---the princess of alabastan and also their friend.The mark in their wrist is a cross.I think it is the symbol of friendship.

Their dreams are different but they are connected together firmly.They are not only friends ，but also family.i think one piece is wonderful because at first the character are all very ugly and even unbearable，but it’s excellent plot can make everyone forget about it and turn the attention to plot.No matter what happened，

as long as they are together，they can beat any difficulties.let’s enjoy some pictures.they all like eating.Everytime after beating enemies，they will have a big feast.

At last，I want to tell you:one piece is ours.It belongs to everyone who has a dream.It not only means a comic，but also a symbol of belief.One piece is a wonderful name，it has no particular meaning.We seek it because it is unknown to us.You must know that you one piece is waiting for you just in somewhere in the future.Don’t give up.you will find it eventually.
