6.起重机作业地面承载力必须符合说明书要求，地面铺垫措施必须达到安全要求标准。
8.钢梁起重吊装作业时必须设置警戒标志，设专人进行防护。
9.吊装作业人员必须佩戴好安全帽，高处吊装作业人员必须系好安全带。
10.吊装所使用的钢丝绳应按规定选用并保持完好，使用过程中应经常检查，若发现钢丝绳有断丝现象，应立即更换。绳端固定若使用绳卡连接，绳卡数量不少于4个，绳卡间距为钢丝绳直径的6倍并设安全弯；绳端固定若使用编结连接时，编结长度不应小于钢丝绳直径的20倍，但最小不得小于30cm。
11.起重机严禁越过无防护设施的外电架空线路作业，在外电架空线路附近吊装时，起重机的任何部位或被吊物边缘在最大偏斜时与架空线路边线的最小安全距离应符合规范要求。
三、高空作业安全注意事项
1.凡经医生诊断患有高血压、心脏病、严重贫血、癫痫病以及其他不宜从事高处作业病症的人员，不得从事高空作业。
2.高处作业人员必须经过安全教育，经安全技术培训和考核取得《特殊作业操作证》后，方准上岗操作。
3.高空作业必须按照要求佩戴安全防护用品，包括安全带、安全帽、防滑鞋，以确保作业安全。
4.高处作业人员必须按规定穿戴合格的防护用品，禁止赤脚、穿拖鞋或硬底鞋作业。使用安全带时，必须系挂在作业上部的牢靠处。
5.高空作业时应穿着灵便的衣服，禁止穿着硬底和带钉易滑的鞋。
6.在操作中，应坚守工作岗位，严禁洒后操作。 7.任何人不得向下乱丢材料、物资、垃圾、工具等，工作中不准打闹。
8.遇六级以上强风或暴雨、大雾等恶劣天气时，严禁高处作业。
9.脚手架的操作面必须满铺脚手板，不得有空隙和探头板、飞跳板。脚手板下层设水平网。操作面外侧设两道护身栏。
或安全隐患后方可离开。
为了保证工作场所的安全，需要在梯子上设置护身栏杆或立挂安全网，并确保梯子不缺档，不垫高使用。在使用时，上端要扎牢，下端应采取防滑措施。单面梯与地面夹角以60～70度为宜，禁止二人同时在梯上作业。如需接长使用，应绑
扎牢固。人字梯底脚要拉牢。在通道处使用梯子时，应有人监护或设置围栏。梯子横档间距以30cm为宜。
对于电焊工，需要注意以下事项：电焊机外壳必须接地良好，电源的装拆应由电工进行。电焊机要设单独的开关，开关应放在防雨的闸箱内，拉合时应戴手套侧向操作。焊钳与把线必须绝缘良好，连接牢固，更换焊条应戴手套。在潮湿地点工作，应站在绝缘胶板或木板上。严禁在带压力的或管道上施焊，焊接带电的设备必须先切断电源。焊接贮存过易燃、易爆、有毒的物品的或管道，必须清除干净，并将所有孔口打开。在密闭金属内施焊时，必须可靠接地，通风良好，并应有监护。焊接预热工件时，应有石棉布或挡板等隔热措施。把线、地线禁止与钢丝绳接触，更不得用钢丝绳或机电设备代替零线。所有地线接头，必须连接牢固。更换场地移动把线时，应切断电源，不得用手持把线爬梯登高。清除焊渣时，应戴防护眼镜或面罩，防止铁渣飞溅伤人。多台焊机在一起集中施焊时，焊接平台或焊件必须接地，并应有隔光板。二氧化碳气体预热器的外壳应绝缘，端电压不应大于36V。雷雨时，应停止露天焊接作业。施焊场地周围应清除易燃、易爆物品，或进行覆盖、隔离。必须在易燃、易爆气体或液体扩散区施焊时，应经有关部门检试
许可后，方可施焊。工作结束后，应切断焊机电源，并检查操作地点，确认无起火或安全隐患后方可离开。
