考试第一部分 Staff Magazine
Your company is planning to introduce an internal magazine to keep staff informed of company developments.
You have been asked to help plan the staff magazine. Discuss the situation together, and decide:
(1)What type of information to include in the magazine. (2)Which type of staff should contribute to the magazine.
Video conferencing
The company you work for is concerned about the amount of time staff spend travelling to meetings in other branches of the company, and is looking at alternatives. You have been asked to make recommendations about introducing video conferencing.
Discuss the situation together, and decide:
(1)What the company needs to know about the meetings that take place at present (2)What the advantages and disadvantages of video conferencing might be.
要求：
1、 每对同学设计对话时长为：3分钟。超过时间会强制打断。
2、 两位同学都必须表达出自己的观点，不能一个说一长段，另外一个只用yes 或no 或其
他简单短语来表达。否则不计分。
3、 最后要达成一个一致意见，并总结出来。
4、 只考这两个topics中的其中一个，考试时抽签决定。在前一对同学考试时，后一对同学
提前抽签，再就自己抽的topic温习5分钟。
第二部分：
临时抽签考题（不会给时间温习）。题目与日常生活和商务有关。分为容易、和难两个层次。根据自己英语的掌握状况可选择容易或难的。每位同学各自抽一个（两个人抽的难度可以不一样），分别回答。每位同学回答时间为1分钟。

考试顺序：
按学号从小到大来，每对同学根据学号小的来排。
考试时间：
12月26日 上午8：00—10：30 3班
10：30—11：40 4班前10对
下午：2：00—3：40 4班剩下的同学
12月27日 上午 8：00—10：30 1班
10：30—11：40 2班前10对
下午：2：00—3：40 2班剩下的同学
考试地点：1315
每对同学总的考试时间为5分钟，因此请同学们根据自己的时间提早来教室。请各班靠前考试的同学提前10分钟来教室。
