摘要：The device comprises a keyboard (10) with several keys (12) arranged in at leasttwo rows (14) and unidirectional position detectors (16) associated with rows of keys,where each unidirectional position detector has two inputs and one output (22). Theoutputs (22) of the position detectors are connected together and to the terminals(24,26) of the device, that is the keyboard. The assembly of resistors (30) in series isconnected to the other two terminals (32,34) of the device. The assembly of the resistors(30) is in the form of a tape of resistive material, and the outputs of the unidirectionalposition detectors are connected to different points of the tape; or the assembly is in theform of discrete resistors, and the outputs of the unidirectional position detectors areconnected to points between resistors. The unidirectional position detector comprises asensor in the form of a voltage divider comprising resistors extending substantially alongthe row of keys. The output of the unidirectional position detector is a conductor in theform of a comb whose teeth are connected to the conducting lines of variable resistors.The resistance of sensor of the voltage-dividing resistors is nonlinear. In the secondembodiment, the device comprises the unidirectional position detectors each containingdiscrete switches which are connected between the output and resistors connected inparallel or in series with the voltage-dividing resistor.
