摘要：The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for mapping acommunication system on a multi-core processor, wherein the communication system is
divided into a plurality of sub-functions and information about code size and datamemory size for each sub-function is extracted from a profiling report. Sub-functions tobe executed on same types of processor cores are integrated into top-level moduleswhich are placed and routed on the multi-core processor so as to generate top-levelsource code for each processor core.
