德国葡萄酒划分为:日常饮用餐酒(Landwein & Tafelwein)、优质酒(Qualitatswein bestimmter Anbaugebiete)简称QbA、高级优质酒(Qualitatswein mpt Pradikat)简称QmP。按含糖量多少分类

(1)干葡萄酒:含糖量低于4g/L,品尝不出甜味,具有洁净、幽雅、香气和谐的果香和Classified according to how much sugar

按含不含二氧化碳分类

(2)起泡酒和汽酒含有一定量CO₂气体的葡萄酒,又分为两类: ①起泡酒:所含CO₂是用葡萄酒加糖再发酵产生的。在法国香槟地区生产的起泡酒叫香槟酒,在世界上享有盛名。其他地区生产的同类型产品按国际惯例不得叫香槟酒,一般叫起泡酒。

②汽酒:用人工的方法将CO₂添加到葡萄酒中叫汽酒,因CO₂作用使酒更具有清新、愉快、爽怡的味感。Classification with non-carbon dioxide by
