4-Bit Microcontroller with built-in RC Oscillator type A/D Converter and LCD Driver
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The MSM64162A is a low power 4-bit microcontroller incorporating the OKI original CPU core nX-4/20.
The MSM64162A provides a minimum instruction execution time of 7.5µs (@400kHz) and contains 2016-byteprogram memory, 128-nibble data memory, two 4-bit input-output ports, 4-bit input port, 4-bit output port, 2-channel RC oscillation A/D converter, LCD driver for up to 80 segments, and buzzer output port.The MSM64162A is best suited for low power, high precision thermometers and hygrometers.
