说 明
一、本定额是以人工、材料、机械台班消耗量表现的工程预算定额。编制预算时，其人工费、材料费、机械使用费，应按照《公路工程基本建设项目概预算编制办法》
（JTGB06-2007）的规定计算。
二、本定额是按照合理的施工组织和正常的施工条件编制的，定额中所采用的施工方法和质量标准是根据交通部现行的公路工程施工技术规范、公路质量评定标准以
及安全操作规范取定的。除定额中规定允许换算者外，均不得因具体工程的施工组织、操作方法和材料消耗与定额的规定不同而变更定额。 三、本定额工作按每工日八小时计算。
四、本定额中的工作内容，均包括定额项目的全部施工过程。定额内除扼要说明施工的主要操作工序外，均包括准备与结束、场内操作范围内的水平与垂直运输、材
料工地小搬运、辅助和零星用工、工具及机械小修、场地清理等工作内容。
五、本定额中的材料、成品、半成品均已包括场内运输及操作损耗，编制预算时，不得另行增加。其场外运输损耗、仓库保管损耗以及由于材料供应规格和质量不符
合定额规定而发生的加工损耗，应在材料预算价格内考虑。
六、本定额中周转性的材料、模板、支撑、脚手架等的数量，已考虑了材料的正常周转次数并计入定额内，一般不应进行抽换。
七、定额中列有混凝土标号和用量，其材料用量已按附录中配合比表规定的数量列入定额，如设计采用的混凝土、砂浆标号或水泥等级与定额所列不同时，可按配合
比表进行换算。混凝土、砂浆配合比表中，已综合考虑了不同品种水泥的因素，实际施工中不论采用何种水泥，不得调整定额用量。 八、本定额中混凝土均考虑外加剂的费用，并算在其他材料费里面。
九、本定额中只列工程所需的主要材料用量和主要机械台班数量。对于次要、零星材料和小型施工机具均未一一列出，分别列入“其他材料费”及“小型机具使用费”
内，以“元”表示，编制预算即按此计算。
十、本定额中的施工机械种类、规格是按一般合理的施工组织确定的，如施工中实际采用机械的种类、型号与定额规定不一致，一律不得换算。 十一、本定额中的施工机械的台班消耗，已考虑了工地合理的停置、空转和必要的备用量等因素。
十二、 定额表中注明“某某数以内”或“某某数以下”者，均包括某某数本身；而注明“某某数以外”或“某某数以上”者，均不包括某某数本身。定额内数量带“（）”
者，则表示基价中未包括其价格。

十三、本定额的基价是人工费、材料费、机械使用费的合计值。基价中的人工费、材料费基本上是按照北京市2007年的人工、材料预算价格计算的。机械使用费用按
照2007年交通部公布的《公路工程机械台班费用定额》（JTG/TB06-03-2007）计算的。其中的缺项的机械使用费用按本定额附录一“贵州省补充公路工程机械台班费用定额”取定。 (一) 混凝土工程
1、本定额中混凝土均按照露天养生考虑，如采用蒸汽养生时，应从各有关定额中扣减人工1.5工日及其他材料费4元，并按蒸汽养生有关定额计算。 2、本定额采用泵送混凝土均包括水平和向上垂直泵送所消耗的人工、机械，当水平泵送距离超过定额综合范围时，可按下表增列人工及机械消耗量。向上垂直泵送不得调整。

1.定额中凡钢筋的接头，除注明为钢筋套筒连接外，均采用电弧搭接焊或电阻对接焊。
2.定额中的钢筋按选用图纸分为光圆钢筋、带肋钢筋、如设计图纸的钢筋比例与定额有出入时，可调整钢筋品种的比例关系。
3.定额中的钢筋是按照一般定尺长度计算的，如设计提供的钢筋连接用钢套筒数量与定额有出入时，可按照设计数量调整定额中钢套筒的消耗，其他消耗不调整。 （三）模板工程
1.模板不单列项目。混凝土中工程中所需的木模板、组合钢模版均按照其周转摊销量计入混凝土定额中。
2.本定额中的模板均为常规模板，当设计或施工对混凝土结构的外观有特殊要求需要对模板进行特殊处理时，可根据定额中所列的混凝土模板接触面积增列相应的特殊模板材料费用。本定额中组合钢模板指市场供应的各种型号的组合模板，其质量仅为组合钢模版的质量，不包括立模所需支撑、拉杆等配件，定额
中已计入所需配件材料的摊销量；木模版按工地制作编制，定额中将制作所需工、料、机台班按周转摊销量计算。 3.定额中均已包括各种模板的维修、保养所需要的工、料及费用。
十四、现浇钢筋混凝土箱型拱桥上部构造定额适用于钢拱架、满堂支架转体等施工工艺；相应施工措施费用采用对应的定额。
