测试报告(Test Report)

Temperature Rise Testing

目的: 明确在额定电流下连接器的温升状况. 报告形式: 工程实验报告

实验样品: F02-630010-121和 F02-630011-121, 500A 端子, 实验环境: 室温为28℃.

Subject: Temperature rise testing.

Purpose: To check the temperature rise under rated current. Report: Data: Memo Eng. Report (Check One) History/References: We will be supplying this part to customer but we want to know how it will perform before we supply it to them. Samples Submitted:

F02-630010-121和 F02-630011-121, 500A 实验过程(Work Statement):

1. 将连接器的公端插入母端,然后把连接器连接到电源供应器上,并且将温度表的热电 偶的感应端粘贴到连接器上.

2.设置电源供应器原输出电流值为500A及电压值.

3.启动电脑上的温度数据记录软件,然后启动电源供应器. 4.待温度平稳后,记录实验数据.

(1) Insert plug connector into the Receptacle. (2) Connect the connector with power supplier. (3) Connect the connector with Thermograph. (4) Set current and voltage on the power supplier. (5) Turn on the power supply and thermograph.

(6) Apply 500A accordingly on the connectors and begin to test and record. 测试设备设置 (Test Equipments Set Up ):

结论(Conclusion):

该连接器在500A电流情况下温升至85.6度

The temperature rise to 85.6 degree loading current 500A.
