　　Jilin University is an very good university located in the cold city of Changchun.People of Changchun often say that the beautiful city Changchun is located in Jilin University ,the reason is that there are so many campus that we can see the label of JLU everywhere .Jilin University is a test base of Chinese higher education and I have witnessed three times president s change during my four-year university life;

　　The reason why I choose to apply for my master s degree is that I find what I have learned is far than enough to achieve my dreams..What I want to research is Artificial Intelligence.As people have stricter requirements on automation,effciency and intelligence, we need such intellegent agents like robots to help us. Last year I saw the robot ASIMO made by HONDA in the newspaper, I was shocked and I hope that one day I can create one better than that.

　　首先感谢公司给我这次竞聘的机会，让我能在这里展示自我。希望通过这次演讲，让大家更多的了解我。我叫，毕业于*20xx年参加工作，我今天在此竞聘的岗位是总监理工程师。

　　(一)这次参加总监理工程师岗位的竞聘有以下原因：

　　1、我认为自已充分具备担当这一职务的能力与水平，并愿意通过担任这一职务使自身的水平得到更充分的发挥。

　　2、我热爱这个工作岗位，愿意为之付出本人最大的努力;

　　3、我认为这次参加竞聘是锻炼自己的一次很好的机会，不管能否受聘，对自己都是一个较大的提高。

　　(二)竞争总监一职，我认为本人具有以下优势：

　　1、专业对口，有利促进工作。

　　我所学的专业与现所从事的工作及竞聘岗位对口，使自己学有所用，在工作中具有专业优势，理论优势，能更好的促进工作，提高效率。同时，实际工作也能提高我的专业水平，使我更有信心、有能力发挥更大的作用。

　　2、熟知施工、监理多个工作岗位的工作。

　　我在施工单位现场负责施工的同时曾兼职施工资料;于20xx年3月来到本公司在山东从事资料整理和土建专业监理工作管理。

　　3、我认为自己具备这一职务所要求的专业知识和综合知识。实事求是地讲，我在建设工程管理的4年里不断学习，并参加了建设工程管理的多项培训，对本行业有一定的了解。

　　(三)对总监理工程岗位的认识

　　1、首先要成为一名合格的总监不仅要有深厚的专业技术功底、丰富的工程实践，更需要具备良好的职业素质。

　　2、其次要讲究领导、协调艺术，在建设监理过程中，总监的领导能力是非常重要的。它直接关系到工程质量的优劣、所在企业的外界形象以及工程监理成效的大小。如果项目总监在这方面能把握的比较全面，得心应手，那么项目监理的成效就大;反之则不然。

　　3、施工阶段的具体工作：首先确定项目人员的分工和岗位职责、编写监理规划、审批监理细则，主持监理工作会议、签发监理机构的文件盒指令。 各位领导，各位同事，本人一直坚定不移地认为：不断学习、实践、再学习是获得成功的关键。在现实的学习、工作和生活中，我一直在努力做到这一点，也正是因为这样，自身的知识水平、实际技能和思想道德才能不断提高。 我始终坚信，无论在什么工作岗位上，只要有足够的努力，就一定会获得成功!我将使我的信念在实际工作中得到证实! 我的竟聘报告完毕，谢谢各位。

　　尊敬的：

　　第二次站到这个讲台，是为高级工程师这个岗位。

　　上个月，我女儿的学校给布置了一项作业，让家长给孩子写一封关于告别童年走入青春期的信。我思来想去、绞尽脑汁，最后用四个词语来表达来我对她的期盼。这四个词语是：理想、兴趣、快乐、责任。给孩子写完信已是深夜，我忽然在想，给孩子讲了这么多，而我自己的理想是什么呢?

　　记得上小学三年级，老师问我们的理想是什么，我的回答是：“做一名工程师”。小时候，村里有一位叔叔大学毕业后，在城里当工程师，其声名闻于乡邻。在很长的一段时间内，他成了方圆几十里孩子们学习的榜样。那时我想，长大了我也做一名工程师，到城里设计和建造房屋该是多么高级、多么荣耀的一件事情啊。

　　三十年过去了，自己现在已经是一名高级工程师。还通过考试，取得了五个注册工程师的资格，可以说是实现了小时候的理想。近几年，随着工作和物质的相对稳定，自己有时却想去干一些清闲点的工作。对照给女儿信中叮咛她的“志向要远大、要有奉献精神、做一个对社会有用的人”，我深深地感到了惭愧。是啊，我还没有给社会尽到自己的所有责任，我还没有完全地实现自己儿时的理想。我知道一味的追求物质和安逸的工作会让一个人慢慢地变的颓废和缺乏激情，唯有追求理想和为社会承担自己的责任才能换来更持久的成就感和快乐。

　　新组建的住建局承担着大量的住房保障和城市建设的任务。这几年，房价，人民群众，老百姓都在关注和期盼着我们住建部门能够有所所为。做为住建局的一名技术干部，我觉得自己有责任、有义务站出来，在城市建设中、在保障房和廉租房的建设中，发自己的一分光，尽自己的一分力，为峡市人民的住房建设贡献自己的所学所能。

　　我深知：学历不等同于能力，资格证书不等同于实现理想。我更清醒的明白：自己的资历和能力或许还不能完全挑起总工程师的这副重担。但听了刚才各位同事的精彩演讲，让我深受感染和鼓舞，让我再次鼓足勇气，第二次上到这个讲台，来表达自己做为一名普通的住建干部，愿意为我们新组建的住建局尽心出力的心声，而不全是对局总工这个职位的追求。我们不是在争权夺利，我们是来展现我们住建人的才华和理想，是为我们住建局的发展，献言献策。这样的心声不只是我一个人有，刚才上台演讲的每一位同事都有。我们住建局广大干部职工都有这样的一个心声：我们愿意在新一届局领导的带领下，干事创业、实现理想、奉献社会、快乐生活!
