Walkinghasalsorecentlybeenshowntostrengthenthebloodflowtothebrain.Inoneofthelargeststudies,researchersrevealedthat20minutesofquickwalkingmostdaysfrommiddleageonwardswilllowertheriskofdementia(痴呆).ProfessorEdwardZamrinisays,“TheideathatyoucanreduceyourriskforAlzheimer’sdiseasebysimplyincreasingyouractivityisverypromising.”
