12 characteristics of time management for sales manager
1.销售经理们大部分时间用于与人交往,个人单独工作的时间仅占整个工作时间的24%。这部分时间通常是他们在家里、飞机上或外出乘车时间。绝大多数销售经理都将工作日中的绝大部分时间用于与别人交谈或倾听别人的谈话,有的销售经理用于这方面的时间甚至于超过自己工作日时间的90%。
1. Sales managers spend most of their time to affiliate with others people, only 24% of time is working alone. They use this time at home, at plane or on their way outside. Most of sales managers use their working day to communicate with others people or listen to others people’s conversation, some sales managers spend more than 90% percent of the working day to do this.

Sales managers work near 60 hour per week averagely; We investigated 15 sales managers, there into, only 3 are work less than 55 hours per week (Alan, Simpsons, and Papules). Although they finished part of their work at home, on their way to work or within trip, they spend most of their time at their office.(Sales managers go to errands 4 or 5 days per month averagely; only 2 in 15 sales managers—Gaines, Martin go to errands more than 6 days per month)
