Anything existence all has the dual character, therefore, we should adopt those good customs and get rid of the bad ones.
Information society makes people gradually into a state of the digital life. And the spread of the internet led to a unique network language phenomenon, it happened to China’s social and the development of language based on the combination of language and the network.(Anne Marie, 2008)
Online communication is usually between strangers in their cultural background may be far from feelings of language , which may be very unusual. In the mix , symbols and numbers of new vocabulary and online presence seems to have in the forecast a digital age will bring change of the language.(Lea, Martin, Tim O’Shea,

Language is applied for communicating, internet slang was produced by Internet technology. It is a communication product under development interpersonal. Network communication, it was expressed from online chat, EMAIL,BBS,electronic forum, and e-message, and other new communication tools, the virtual network space interpersonal communication.
As informal style, the network language prefer using abbreviations, slang and informal words, even by random certain words, so it has the obvious optional characteristics. Internet pay the bill according to time, which requires the network communication must be quick and efficient. In this context both English and Chinese language and destinations us abbreviations and various acronym words become the most important feature of the network language.
Digital played an important role in the network language. Due to the easy to input and harmonics relationship, some number combination is endowed with special significance. On the other hand, in order to accelerating the speed of communication, network communication process do not choose (Baron, N.S. 2003). But when she brings us convenience and at the same time we also hear the voice of opposition.
Some people think that, we should Ban Internet Slang in News and Formal Documents. Faced with the situation that Internet slang terms such as “dinosaurs” for ugly women, and “PK” for competition are now forbidden in Shanghai’s

official documents. News broadcasts and textbooks, the public hold different views on the regulation. As for me, I am delighted to witness the appearance of such a revolutionary regulation. In my point of view, we should definitely ban internet slangs in news and formal documents.
First and foremost, the internet slangs will break the traditional Chinese language. Chinese language has its own beauty and principles while Internet slangs are too casual and do not acquire these qualities. So Internet slangs can be used in people’s daily life but should be banned in news and formal documents. Secondly, some internet slangs are from foreign culture and this may have kind of cultural penetration, which we should avoid. News and formal documents are the platforms of the government and institution to speak out opinions and propaganda ideas to the public, so the words and expressions used in news and formal documents must be of very careful selection. Thanks to the guiding role of these official platforms playing in people’s choice making, it will surely have a big impact on the public to use the internet slangs in those platforms. Banning internet slangs in news and formal documents is a wise regulation and this action should spread throughout the whole.
Today's internet developed highly, the internet language is not only used in the net, and more in daily life. So many people would object to its appearance, they think this will impact on culture, affecting the norms of language use. At the same time, many people do not agree with them. These people think that culture is not never change, it enriches the language and culture. With the development of the times, bad things would be eliminated.

To sum up, we should adopt those good customs and get rid of the bad ones. We continue to enjoy it brings us convenience , to improve the bad side, I believe that it would be a good development, while giving us a lot of fun.
